COURSE WORK

Students enrolled in TSSM should consider themselves full-time students carrying a full load of coursework. Students learn in large conference-style sessions and small groups for 8-10 hours per week, with an additional 15-20 hours per week of reading and homework. TSSM is entirely pass/no pass. Each course syllabus indicates the requirements for successful completion.

At TSSM, students are trained to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing.

 REVIVAL GROUP MEETINGS

Revival Groups (RG) are informal weekly student gatherings designed to develop a safe environment for relational connection, discipleship and accountability, which promotes risk-taking within TSSM’s prophetic culture. Students share testimonies, debrief on course material, practice spiritual activations, and experience God through encounters. Our leaders use this time to impart wisdom for life and pastor students in personal revival.

SMALL GROUPS

Each student is assigned to a small same-gender mixed-age group of 5 students which meets weekly to further cultivate prophetic prayer communities built upon healthy, intimate relationships and accountability. Our goal is to provide a safe place to amplify personal growth and responsibility. A small group discipleship curriculum is provided to help guide discussion and prayer at each meeting.

OUTREACH & MISSIONS

Through partnerships with the various departments and outreach ministries of Trinity Church, students are given opportunity to activate their spiritual gifts by engaging weekly in city service, prophetic evangelism, marketplace outreach and compassion ministries. Every student also participates in a one- to two- week long international mission trip or an intensive outreach initiative.

Our students have plenty of opportunities to activate the giftings God has given them as we equip them to bring revival wherever they go.

HONOR SYSTEM

TSSM is focused on personal transformation. Assignments are done on the “honor system” which is designed do just that—build your honor. As such, students will learn to build their integrity one “yes,” one report, one check box at a time. And while there are no grades given, participation, excellence, and timely completion of homework is expected of each student.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduation means you have completed the academic, attendance, financial requirements and spiritual tasks for the year with honor, demonstrating consistent godly character. Only those who successfully complete First Year will be considered for the Second Year Leadership Program.
